Built for living with autoimmune disease. Not just tracking it.

Your health. Your journey. Your control.

Right now you're probably logging symptoms in your Notes app and appointments in a separate calendar. Immuna brings your medications, flares, appointments, and a community that actually gets it into one place.

Five things Immuna helps you carry.

Track medications

Log what you take and when, and see the pattern over weeks, not just today.

Manage appointments

Keep every specialist, scan, and follow-up in one place, with reminders before they sneak up on you.

Report a flare

A guided, four-step log for symptoms and side effects. Quick enough to fill in when you're not feeling your best.

Connect your support network

Give a partner, parent, or carer visibility into how you're doing. Only what you choose to share.

Meet others with the same condition

Find people who already know what a flare feels like, without having to explain it from scratch.

You're not the only one charting this.

Every dot here is someone managing something similar: a condition, a routine, a bad week. Immuna is where those threads start to cross.

Why I'm Building Immuna

I started building Immuna because I know first-hand how overwhelming life with an autoimmune disease can feel. I was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis at 16, and my life changed almost overnight. I went from playing the sports I loved to being unable to walk for three months, while suddenly having to understand medication, hospital appointments, symptoms and flare-ups.

What I found hardest was not only the condition itself, but everything that came with it. I felt overwhelmed, isolated and unsure of how to manage a life that had suddenly become centred around my health.

As I got older, I realised that many of these challenges are shared by people with autoimmune diseases, yet there isn't one place designed around the real-life experience of managing them. Immuna is my answer to that.

I want to build the platform I wish I had at 16, a place where people can better understand their health, stay organised, prepare for appointments and feel connected and supported, without feeling like a patient.

Most health apps do one thing well, whether that's tracking, reminders, or forums, but treat them as separate problems. Immuna brings them together: your medications, your appointments, your flares, and the people who understand exactly what you're going through, all in one place, built specifically around autoimmune disease rather than general wellness.

"I can't change someone's diagnosis, but I believe I can change how they experience it."
